Refund policy

At By The Handle, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item for store credit or an exchange.

Return Terms:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • No final sale items—everything is returnable for store credit or exchange
  • No refunds — returns are only eligible for store credit or exchange

How to Return an Item

Since we do not use a return portal, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@bythehandle.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  2. You will need to create your own return label and send the item back to the address we provide.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive your store credit or exchange confirmation.

Store credit never expires, so you can take your time finding the perfect piece.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Credit Voucher

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your credit voucher will be issued instantly and sent directly to your inbox.
