All prices are listed in GBP and may change at any time without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled within 2 working days. Standard UK delivery typically takes 1 working day.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control once the parcel has been dispatched.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only, within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

To begin a return:

 within 7 days of receiving your item.

We will supply the return address.

Customers must create and pay for their own return postage label.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue store credit or confirm your exchange.

Store credit is delivered via email and does not expire.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

All content on this site—including but not limited to product names, logos, images, graphics, and written content—is the property of By The Handle and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
